Susan's career in banking spans 30 years; the last 20 with Bank of America. She spent over 12 years leading teams as part of Bank of America's acquisitions and mergers.

Susan is a former executive with Bank of America.  Her career in the banking industry spans 30 years; the last 22 with Bank of America.  She has a reputation for excellence in leadership and results.  Her drive and high standards have often been recognized.  Her focus is always on meeting the objectives of the business and outcomes are solution oriented, highly valued and enduring.  A high priority is placed on ethics, principles and professionalism. 

Susan has held numerous leadership positions managing teams as large as 4000 FTE.  She has managed geographically diverse teams and operational sites that have included a 10 state region.  She has led teams in the innovation of technology capability across multi-million dollar portfolios acting as a trusted advisor and facilitating collaboration across business partners, technology and operations groups.   She has worked in conjunction with industry groups, served on a Federal Advisory Subcommittee and worked closely with the FDIC overseeing infrastructure implementation in a Special Asset Bank.

Her operations and technology background is diverse and deep having held assignments in Card and Management Services, the Special Asset Bank start-up (during the acquisition of InterFirst/First Repulic), Support Services (fleet, purchasing/warehouse, travel, food services, loan administration), Check Operations and Account and Vault Services (10 state region), Change Management (in both a Transition and BAU environment), Service Delivery (for the Global Commercial Bank), Process Excellence (for the Network Computing Group) and Quality and Productivity (for the LaSalle Transition). 

Susan is also committed to serving the community and mentoring upcoming talent.  She has served as a Board member of the North Texas Business for Culture and the Arts.  She is a former member of Bank of America’s Dallas Leadership Council and the Women’s Mentoring Network of Dallas (1996 founding member).  Past Board memberships include Dallas Zoological Society (chaired Education Committee), Science Place (chaired Education Committee), and All Our Children (a non profit organization for medically fragile children).

Susan has a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Miami, Florida.  She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from the College of St. Rose,   Albany N.Y.  She is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
