Lead Network Computing Group's Process Center of Excellence.  This team was responsible for the adoption and delivery of process improvement capability in both a business as usual as well as transition environment.

 Lead Senior Service Delivery team supporting Bank of America’s Global Commercial Bank in the delivery of multi-million dollar innovative and effective solutions for the business.
